Blissfully unaware, we drop right into the present moment on our mats. Candles flicker in the corners of the room as acoustic music gently encourages slower and deeper breaths. Your practice is your own. Molly will guide you into some heart openers, as we bring November to a close. Breathing into our entire beings, we'll flow, loosen up any stuck energy and drop right into alignment. Jen will offer a meditative journey where you'll come into complete, clear, stillness. Let’s slow down the mind as we manifest, visualize and just be.

And then we journey From Mat To Table.

Blissfully aware, we float into a space with one long table painted in earthy fall colors. Karli raises a toast and we clink our glasses to all things coming our way: abundance, love and light. Warm seasonal soup, served in mini pumpkins is placed in front of us, one-by-one. And then comes kale. Yes, kale. Kale massaged in a homemade sesame seed oil dressing with fresh lemon, garlic, sweet chilies, sea salt and pepper. Next up, harvest inspired naan flatbreads. Think homemade pumpkin-honey spread with macadamia nuts and thinly sliced pears and apples. Another flatbread smothered in mascarpone, figs, prosciutto and micro greens. And last but not least, herbed ricotta and all things roasted seasonal veggies. We hope you saved room for a ‘lil sweet surprise. Let’s indulge babes. We will end the night with gratitude, full bellies and warm hearts.
