In conjunction with Whole Foods Columbia, we bring you One Planet, our next yoga and culinary pop-up event.

Profits from our next experience will support Whole Planet Foundation.

A 501(c)(3) that alleviates poverty worldwide through entrepreneurship.

The idea started here. She loves yoga. And she loves food.

So why not combine them? And bring you the highest quality, locally and seasonally sourced foods, support local businesses, and practice yoga.

It's not complicated. And we feel really compelled about paying it forward. Yoga and food are about bringing people together to heal, to gather, to flow freely and serve lovingly. By supporting Whole Planet Foundation, the From Mat To Table community will be able to fund additional microcredit loans and help families explore their fullest potential.

On the mat we will flow through every inch of your body: root chakra to crown chakra. Balance, pause, and grow. And love ourselves, like deeply, as we feel gratitude for every opportunity and adventure provided to us in this life.

And when we flow From Mat To Table, we will literally journey around the whole planet to taste the cuisines from a variety of countries. Family-style babes. Let's get to know each other (and like not rush it). One Planet. One Community. One Table.

Join us for 75 minutes of yoga (all-levels, all humans) and a multi-coursed meal (for people that like to eat).

One ticket includes: yoga in a private section of the market, a hand-selected menu of foods from around the world, the opportunity to literally change a life (or maybe ten, we will let you know), a bag of goodies from Whole Foods, a chance to win a kinda big basket of swag, and maybe stretch that heart chakra a little deeper. Take something you need. And literally let go and give something to someone who has been asking for it.

One Planet. Let Go and Love.
